Service Description
7-10 day rental $425 within 20 miles - additional $1 per mile after that. $100 deposit required to book. Ideal for garage clean outs, remodels, new construction, roofing, trees/brush, rock and dirt. PROHIBITED: chemicals, liquids, waste, paint, oil and fuel. An additional $100 per prohibited item WILL BE CHARGED if these are found in the bin. *****$25 per additional day*****
Cancellation Policy
By accepting the invoice and booking services with Beechgrove Bin Rentals, you - the client, are in agreement with the terms of the following: This Dumpster Rental Contract is made between Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC and (The Client). This Dumpster Rental Contract is made effective as of the rental date, by and between Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC and (The Client). 1. Description of Services: Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC agrees to provide the following services to the Client: Dumpster bin rental drop off and pick up. 2. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC an estimate for the services outlined. Please note that the final cost may exceed this amount for the following: extra days, multiple dumps, tires, and hazardous waste. Payable invoice will be given upon the day of pickup. 3. Duration and Termination: This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the services are completed or until terminated by either party with a written notice of 12 hours. The rental period should start on the agreed time and end on the agreed time unless extended in writing. 4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Contract. 5. Ownership of Work Product: Any work product created by Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC in the course of providing services under this Contract shall be the property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Liability Limitations: Beechgrove Bin Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any personal injuries, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided under this Contract. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. In addition, this contract affirms that the use of this dumpster rental will be used by ONLY the individual / individuals signing this contract. Beechgrove Bins LLC shall not be held liable for and damage or injury to any other persons or property in the presence of this dumpster
